The whole experience was anything but healthy. INTEGRIS Health of Oklahoma set out to change all that by introducing a revolutionary kind of urgent care that’s more convenient, personalized, and community-focused.

This innovative urgent care model provides a high-touch experience featuring a health care concierge who guides patients through their visit from check-in to check-out. The clinics are conveniently located, so patients can get in, get out, and get on with their lives. To create awareness and expand their new urgent care offering under their health care umbrella, INTEGRIS Health partnered with Level Mpls to develop a brand identity for their modern urgent care clinics.

The inspiration for the new urgent care model’s AllSet brand name came from its ability to leave patients “all set” to return to their daily routine. With the brand name nailed down, we moved on to craft a refreshing and distinctive brand identity for AllSet’s marketing and clinics. Agency teams developed inviting, relatable messaging around the new brand’s promise of accessibility, ease, and convenience, targeting highly mobile, busy families with kids. The resulting campaign featured AllSet as the unexpectedly better urgent care solution with the reassuring theme: You’re good to go.
