When Old National Bank merged with several Minnesota community banks, they partnered with us to build brand awareness in this new market. We teamed up to develop a brand voice as the trusted, experienced advisor who makes clients’ goals their goals. The bank’s overarching campaign grew from this all-encompassing client focus, driven by an unwavering commitment to service, deep financial expertise, and a new and visionary brand theme: Your Success Is Everything.

Our designers used the gold bars from Old National Bank’s logo as a standout graphic element to frame portraits of empowerment, wise guidance, and shared success. This powerful, ownable, awareness-building signifier embodied the bank’s commitment to always put their clients at the center of all they do. The gold bars appeared throughout the campaign in external and internal messaging, from social and digital to a kinetic typography-driven manifesto video.

To inspire Old National Bank’s internal teams, we created an uplifting and anthemic employer-brand video that reinforced the organization’s enduring values, introduced the Your Success Is Everything theme and spotlighted various campaign materials with an upbeat and rousing vision of the future.
